Overview

Although this packer is not made with silicone, it still has a very sturdy and girthy feel to it. Usually, softskin packers are more floppy and less firm (like the Mr. Limpy for example). However, this packer really holds it’s own and feels pretty good in your pants. This packer reminds me a lot of the Sailor from Pleasure Works. They both feel very similar (Pack It is girthier though) AND they smell the same: like vanilla!

I am a fan of this packer because it’s pretty great on the wallet, looks realistic, and feels realistic. Really, the biggest downfall for me are the color options and the oily/greasy feel to it!

The Great

  • Available in 2 very different sizes
  • Feels very realistic if you (or someone else) is grabbing it
  • Budget friendly

The Not-so-Great

  • Can sometimes look like a semi-hard erection
  • Secretes oils/greasy residue
  • Dark skin shade was discontinued (So rude!)

Unboxing

My first impression when I saw this packer was “wow, that bag is super dirty”. Because the prosthetic is not made with 100% silicone, and instead it’s made of “SoftSkin”, a rubber, polymer mix, it’s going to excrete oils. This makes the bag look real dirty. Upon opening up the “clear” plastic bag, the feel of the prosthetic is oily/greasy, BUT it’s nice a girthy. It has a really nice shape and feel to it.

I know a lot of people wonder what the actual shipping box looks like and it’s tough to really say because this prosthetic is sold by many different online retailers. If you are ever unsure, you can always message the company you are purchasing from and ask them what they put on the box! The retailer that I prefer is Early2Bed and I can tell you that living in Canada and receiving a package from the USA, I’m always terrified the customs declaration form is going to say something like “big wiener”. Luckily, that has never happened with Early2Bed. They also didn’t even put the return address as “Early2Bed” they put “ETB”.

Color

Light Beige, Light Brown

The Pack It packer originally came in three different shades: vanilla, caramel, and chocolate. The chocolate was actually very dark and realistic, which can be rare in packers that are not expensive. Unfortunately, the company discontinued the chocolate shade and now only vanilla(Light Beige) and caramel (Light Brown) are available. This is a shame as it would have provided a lot of people with a cheap option for a packer that may actually match their skin tone. However if this Packer speaks to you there is a way to temporarily darken your packer with a mix of cornstarch and cocoa powder.  Not only will this darken the packers shade, it will also soften and reduce the oily feeling you might get from this packer. This isn’t a perfect fix, but it’s something!

Material and Feel

Pack it (Lite):

Pack It (Heavy):

This packer has a hardened core which makes it feel very realistic.

Because this packer is made of Softskin (plastic rubber material), it can secrete a oily/greasy substance that stains and stays on your things and on your hands until you wash it off. However, the benefits of using this type of material is that it lowers the cost significantly, and it makes the packer feel more “life like” and realistic. And I do have to give it to them, the Pack It Packer does feel very realistic.

It is important to note that because this prosthetic is  not made of 100% silicone, it is not skin-safe. This means you shouldn’t put it right up against your skin. You’re going to have to use some type of packing pouch, harness, or underwear. Back in the day when those weren’t common, I did put these rubber-type packers up against my skin and I didn’t really notice a difference. That being said, it’s still not recommended to put it up against your skin. You don’t know how your skin is going to react with the different oils being secreted onto/into your skin. The reason why it’s technically not skin-safe is because it’s porous. This means that bacteria can be absorbed within the materials and can cause infections……in your area. This is something you might want to avoid.

If you want it to stop feeling sticky/tacky/oily/greasy, add a little bit of corn starch! This will help the prosthetic feel much softer to the touch.

Over time, it is normal for these non-silicone packers to start to shrink. I have no idea the science behind it but I have a dozen old packers that have just not retained their shape. If you store them with other like-materialed prosthetics, they are going to start fuzing together. Very strange.

Packing

Packing with this packer is easy if used in tight briefs, tight boxer briefs, or packing underwear. It does leave a pretty impressive bulge even with the lite version.  But if you’re someone who wants to show off a little more, than this is a great packer. Remember, it’s not skin-safe, so try to use it with packing briefs, boxers, pouch, or harness. If you use a harness with an O-ring design, just be mindful that the shaft and the balls may detach over time. Using a pouch-like design is best advised.

Pack It (Heavy):

Can you use this for sex?
So this packer is actually harder that other packers out there, so you could technically try to use it for penetration. This isn’t something I’ve personally tried, but just keep in mind that it’s not silicone, so you should put a condom on it before trying to penetrate someone. You’re not going to want to put in a sticky, tacky, oily, greasy peen inside anyone’s hole(s).

Real Feel Test™

Visual Realism 3/5

This packer visually looks semi-realistic even though it is not custom painted and it only comes in the one solid color you chose (vanilla or caramel). The detailing of the head, shaft, and veins seem not proportional, however, when looking at a penis, it is very rare that everything has ‘porn star’ proportions. Making this packer, anatomically realistic in many ways.

Touch Realism (Through Pants) 3/5

If you (or someone else) were to grab your packer through your underwear or pants, it would feel like a semi-hard penis slowly going flaccid. It also feels like a floppy soft penis if you giggle it a little.

Touch Realism (Skin-Like) 2/5

The material used (softskin – plastic rubber), makes this packer feel soft and semi-realistic. Inside of a packer has a hardened core which may or may not be made out of a hard silicone which gives the Packer a different texture than other similar packers on the market. It does in fact make it feel more realistic. It is pretty oily though, so keep that in mind, you’re going to have to powder it.

Cleaning and Care

I recommend cleaning this product before and after each use.

This product is made with a mix of silicone and other materials. The easiest way to clean this packer is with hot soapy water. I usually recommend sterilizing your packer at least once a week in a pot of boiling water, and/or sticking it in the dishwasher, however, because this packer is not 100% silicone,  soapy water is the only option.

If you find that the packer is tacky/sticky after cleaning it, I am a huge advocate of using cornstarch (or other rejuvenating powders) to maintain a smooth and silky texture.

*Please do not use talcum powder (most commonly found in baby powder), it has been associated with different types of cancers, mostly ovarian cancer. We have a full article on the dangers of talcum power here.

Storage

I recommend using the original packaging or a natural canvas bag. Place this product in a cool, dry, and dark place, like a dresser drawer. Do not store it with other similar-material products as those eventually can start to morph together, which is really not fun. Sometimes, these products secrete an oily texture and a canvas bag will help absorb this moisture. If you do not store your packer properly, overtime it can secrets oils and eventually lose its shape and size (it will become smaller).

Small Tip: Add a little bit of cornstarch to this product before storing it in a bag. This will help its life and longevity.

Durability 2/5

Since this is packer is not made of only silicone, don’t expect it to last years in years. If you clean, care, and store it properly however, it will last a decent amount of time. There is a possibility for the Packer to rip at the area where the shaft and the balls meet, especially if you use an O-ring type of harness or underwear. Also, I have noticed that overtime the packer has….shrunk?

Packability 4/5

This packer is very easy to pack with because it is made out of a material that is very squishy it’s easy to fold up and place in your pants in any way that feels comfortable. However, even packing with the lite version, you may end up with a pretty big bulge, which is not something that everybody wants.

Budget Friendly 5/5

With this packer being under $25, it is one of the more budget-friendly options available out there for something that looks realistic feels great, and is easy to pack with

Reel Feel Test 3/5

Feels very realistic, but doesn’t feel flaccid. Feels more like a semi-hard peen.

Final Thoughts

This packer is recommended if you’re looking for something inexpensive, realistic, easy to pack with and if you’ve tried packers in the past and you’re looking for something different as this packer has a hardened core within it. It’s oily though, so keep in mind that it’s a good idea to pack with it not against your skin and instead use packing underwear. Also, it’s going to be a good idea to use cornstarch to powder it because that oil really gets everywhere. Even just holding it during this review, I’ve had to re-wash my hands multiple times!
