Overview
Today’s review is something a bit different. It’s technically a pump but designed for people with penises—specifically, micropenises. Imagine my face when the company asked me to try this out: “Okay, but there’s no way my junk is fitting in that.” They assured me it’s the first-ever legit pump for micro-penises. Skeptical but intrigued, I gave it a whirl. Fast forward a few months, and WOW, was I impressed! Spoilers ahead: It actually works!

I’ll admit, my initial reaction was, “How is my junk going to fit in this tiny hole?” It looked impossible. But, turns out, looks can be deceiving. Persistence paid off, and I’m glad I didn’t judge this pump by its look.

Material and Feel
Sturdy and built to last. After several uses, there’s no sign of wear and tear. The plastic is high-quality, and the pump bulb feels robust. The opening is firm, but it has to be to create that strong vacuum seal. Overall, it’s a well-built device that should withstand regular use.
Using
And now, the moment of truth: how does it work, especially for our anatomy?
- Find a wet-friendly zone: The shower is ideal.
- Fill the pump with warm water.
- Position it against your body (peen/junk/you-know-what).
- Press down firmly to squirt the water out of the top, creating a vacuum.
On my first attempt, I thought, “Okay, this doesn’t work,” until I realized I hadn’t followed the instructions properly. After a quick redo – WOW! The suction was incredible. I even recorded my first time using it, and my expression is priceless (link below for the curious).
Usage time: They suggest 5 minutes (max 15 minutes/day). Trust me, even 5 minutes might feel like a lot with this powerful suction.
While the shower strap is meant for hands-free convenience, I found it hard to focus on anything else while being pumped. The whole experience demands your full attention!
Not on T or minimal growth? Yes, it still works! The vacuum seal holds it in place even if there’s not much to hold onto.

Cleaning and Care
Clean the pump before and after each use with warm water and soap or a toy cleaner.
Storage
Keep it in the original packaging or the black bag it comes with. Store it in a cool, dark place to prevent any plastic warping.
Full Rating
Seems pretty durable to me. I’ve used it a handful of times with no issues and no indication that it will crack or break anytime soon.
A bit on the pricey side, especially compared to other pumps like the Trans Masc Pump from New York Toy Collective that cost $40. But the incredible vacuum seal justifies the cost.
Once you get the hang of it, it’s a breeze.
Final Thoughts
I have to say, I’m absolutely blown away by this product. When I first heard about it, I was seriously doubtful. After all, I’ve tried countless pumps that promised the world but delivered nothing but disappointment. So, when I read that this pump was designed for micropenises, my curiosity was piqued, but my skepticism was on high alert.
The Hydromax3 looked like a giant next to my tiny peen. I thought, “No way is my small peen going to fit in this thing, let alone stay in.” Fast forward to the moment of truth, and boy, was I wrong!
This pump turned out to be an unexpected game-changer. Not only did my peen fit perfectly, but it also stayed put, defying all my expectations. It’s a refreshing change to find a product that not only meets its claims but surpasses them. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson: never judge a pump by its size. Who knew a large device like this could work so well with smaller anatomy?
