Overview

The Original Soft Packer from MorMe Prosthetics is like that quirky friend who bursts onto the scene with a fresh new idea and instantly steals the spotlight. Hailing from the UK, this family-run business is shaking up the trans community with their out-of-the-box packer and harness designs, and let me tell you, they’ve got my attention!

Picture this: you open the box for the first time and bam! — a modular packer stares back at you, begging to be explored. Modular? Seriously? But as soon as you get your hands on it, the pieces start to fit together (literally and figuratively). Need to customize your packer for a bike ride? Easy peasy — just pop out the balls for a smoother ride. Feeling dysphoric and want the full packer experience? Snap those balls back in, my friend. It’s like playing dress-up for your nether regions, and I’m here for it.

And let’s talk texture — this packer is super soft and looks so realistic, it’s almost uncanny. Packing with it feels like slipping into your favorite pair of jeans, comfy and reassuring. Plus, it’s got some nifty updates, like a reinforced “hole” in the back to keep things sturdy and a snazzy new harness that’s sure to impress.

So, if you’re ready to dive into the delightful world of the Original Packer, buckle up and join me as we unravel its quirks, perks, and everything in between. Trust me, this packer is more than just a product — it’s a whole mood. Let’s get packin’!

The Great

  • Soft – The actual feel is very skin-like soft
  • Pack – Looks great in underwear and pants.
  • Color – They have great skin-tone options
  • Comes in circumcised and uncut!
  • Can be customized!

The Not-so-Great

  • Feel – Some people may find this packer to be a tad harder than they are used to.
  • Size – Make sure you get the right size because the Large is very large.
  • Some people feel weird about the insides coming out

Unboxing

When you open your package, you’ll see a cute little box. I honestly just love the minimalist packaging. It’s so sleek and pretty. Opening it up will give you your beautiful packer.

If you are outside the UK, the shipping box will have a customs form that states what’s inside the package. They usually write: “Rubber Toy”

Each shipping box and customs form is different depending on the company. If you are unsure if the company you are ordering from has discrete shipping, be sure to contact them prior to ordering.

Color

The Original Soft Packer comes in 5 different skin tone shades. I’m actually impressed by how dark the Dark Brown shade looks like in person. Most of the time it feels that companies don’t put enough effort in the darker shades, but I feel like MorMe took their time and actually figured it out. Good on them.

Here are the five (5) skin tones from left to right:
A – Pale
B – Medium
C – Tanned
D – Brown
E – Dark Brown

Size

This packer comes in 3 different sizes. Small, Medium, Large. I feel like Goldilocks a little right now because the small one is way to small, the large is to big, but the medium is justttttt right. I know, I know, it’s corny. But I’m 5’6 and weigh around 170lbs, just to give you an idea. Don’t worry though, I compare all the sizes in the “Packing” section so you can see for yourself!

The small is a great size for people who are shorter, smaller, and/or younger. It’s a great packer for youth and those testing out different packer sizes.

Small:
Length: 3.2” (8cm)
Length of Shaft: 2.4” (6cm)
Height: 3.3” (8.5cm)
Width: 2” (5cm)
Weight: 100g (3.5oz)

Medium:
Length: 4” (10cm)
Length of Shaft: 2.8” (7cm)
Height: 4” (10cm)
Width: 2.4” (6cm)
Weight: 140g (4.9oz)

Large:
Length: 4.7” (12cm)
Length of Shaft: 3.2” (8cm)
Height: 4.7” (12cm)
Width: 2.8” (7cm)
Weight: 210g (7.4oz)

The small is a great size for people who are shorter, smaller, and/or younger. It’s a great packer for youth and those testing out different packer sizes.

As you can see by the weight alone, the Large one really is much bigger and heavier.

Material and Feel

The MorMe Original Soft Packer is made of 100% Silicone. The textural feel is very soft and skin-like. This is technically dual-density because you can remove the core. The quality of the silicone is apparent and very skin-like. Sometimes packers will secrete some oily/greasy residue, however with this packer, I have not experienced that. I’ve left it on a table for a week just to test it out, and I did not seen a peen outline like I usually do with other packers. It’s also super important to note that these packers do not feel sticky/tacky at all. If you want them to be extra extra soft, feel free to add a little bit of cornstarch to them!

I will say, the only downside to this packer is that it’s a little dense? When you squish it, it feels squishy, but not like the Mr. Limpy. Remember, this is 100% pure silicone, so it’s normal that it’s going to heavier than those other rubber packers. However, because this is a modular design, it’s so easy to just remove the balls OR the shaft in order to make it a little smaller and squishier.

The one downside though, is that when you remove all the insides (the shaft and the balls), the packer is just a flat flesh shell. It’s not very fun to pack with.

Packing

Oh boy, my favourite part of the review process, when I get to try each sized packer and take a million photos in 300 different angles to make sure what I see and feel is represented properly. Ah did I ever have fun with this one. There are so many different ways to pack with this baby, and I will break them down for you!

Boxers/Briefs/Packing Underwear:
Luckily, this packer is made of 100% silicone, which means it’s skin safe. So feel free to put it in regular briefs up against your skin! You can also use packing boxers, a sling like the MyPack, or even a harness. I alway advise against going with a harness that has an O-ring and no other construction around it, only because these packers are new and I can’t speak to their shaft to ball durability. They seem pretty stable, but something to really examine if that’s the type of packing underwear/harness you like. Just make sure to take care of your packer.

Below you will find some photos and little video clips of all the different sizes. This is me just packing with it in my underwear. No harness or straps are used:

Small:
As previously mentioned, I’m not the biggest fan of this size. It’s just too small for me. I like to be able to see a bulge and in my point of view, I just couldn’t emotionally or physically connect with the packer.

Medium:
Ah my favourite size. It just feels so right. When I put it in a pair of packing underwear and look down, my heart just fills with so much happiness and gender euphoria. That’s how I know I’ve found the right packer. Or did the right packer find me? Like the wands in Harry Pott— ah never mind.

Large:
Some people like packing big. And honestly, If you’re planning on having phalloplasty in the future, they usually recommend you start packing with something bigger 100% of the time in order to get used to that size. I’m not planning on having surgery anytime soon, so I go with what feels best for me and the large is just too large. I know in the photos it looks like a regular size, but just for me personally, the jump from 165g to 255g and the overall size is just too much for me. It’s pretty heavy (not the heaviest packer though, oh my have I ever tested packers that were like bricks).

Harness:

Okay so MorMe has come up with this absolutely brilliant idea of a harness and I still can’t get over how cool it is. When you look at the back of the packer, you’re probably wondering why there are those two plastic loops coming out of it? Well, the harness and packer are designed to be used together. The harness has these transparent straps that you will put through those loops. Then, there is a little black plastic piece that is also attached to the harness that you will put in between those loops. Then you just put it on like you would normally put on underwear, and it just stays there. The transparent bands make it look like you’re not really wearing a harness, which is VERY gender affirming for some! It’s a little hard to explain, but hopefully the photos and clips help.

Wearing the Harness and shorts (No underwear):

As you can see, it’s not going anywhere:

Clip:

This blew my mind. I know I saw that a lot in this review, but I really never expected a company to come out with this many innovative ideas for one product! Anyways, the clip is meant to be adhered to your body and then you can attach the packer to it. For this, you’ll need a couple of supplies that the company does not provide. I ordered the Derma-tac adhesive on Amazon. It was the one the company recommended. It was around $17 USD and has lasted through over 10 applications. I still have a bunch left because you really don’t need a lot. You ABSOLUTELY need to buy the remover with it. DO NOT skip out on this. The remover is only $6 and is designed to remove the adhesive from your body. Trust me, this adhesive is very strong if you follow the instructions. You’re going to need that remover!

If you’re going to use this specific adhesive, make sure you follow the instructions because the first time I tried it, I did not and it was a mess. It was not adhering and I just got so frustrated. I actually have a couple of videos on my Fansly account where I show you the first time I used it (and failed) and then times where I was actually successful!

You have to shave a small section of pubic hair in order to get the clip to adhere. Then, you add a tiny bit of adhesive to the area on your body and to the clip. Then you WAIT. I did not wait the first time, opps. You should wait around 2 minutes. Then you can press the adhesive clip onto your body. It’s pressure activated, so keep pressing for a minute. Once that’s done, you can make sure it’s on there good and attach the packer to it! Done!

Seriously, get the remover, Look how stuck on there it is!

Real Feel Test™

After extensive research and months of trying these packers out. I can confidently say that they pass the Real Feel Test ™.

Visual Realism 4/5

Super realistic looking. Very impressed with the overall look with the details in the veins and the balls. If you wiggly it around it does jiggle a little. But not as much as a soft penis would.

Touch Realism (Through Pants) 5/5

This packer feels so good and so real when you rub your hand on it through pants or underwear. Now there is a caveat to this. They do pass the test. However, it’s going to feel a little harder than what a soft penis would.

Touch Realism (Skin-Like) 5/5

Really impressed by the way this company does their silicone. I don’t think I’ve felt a silicone like this in the past and wow is it ever soft and skin-like. Actually, if I was to compare every realistic prosthetic I have and close my eyes, I would say that this packer has the most realistic skin like texture. Now, silicone can only get you so far. It’s like this for all realistic prosthetics. But if you added a little bit of lube to the packer and rubbed it with your eyes closed, wow. It feels like a P E E N. Very very impressive.

MorMe Original Soft Packer and the MorMe Basic Packer

Cleaning and Care

The 100% silicone component makes the Original Soft Packer extremely easy to clean. Clean it before and after each use. The easiest way to clean this packer is with hot soapy water. If you need to sterilize it (which I recommend doing at least once a week if you wear it everyday), stick the packer in a boiling pot of water for 3-5 minutes. Make sure you remove the balls and shaft first. This beautiful packer will be ready and recharged, just like you would be after a day at the spa.

If you find that the prosthetic is tacky/sticky after cleaning it, I always recommend using cornstarch (or other rejuvenating powders) to maintain a smooth and silky texture. If you have one of the darker skin tones and you don’t want to put white cornstarch on it, add a little coco powder to the cornstarch to offset the color.

*Please do not use talcum powder (most commonly found in baby powder), it has been associated with different types of cancers, mostly ovarian cancer. We have a full article on the dangers of talcum power here.

Storage

I recommend using the original packaging or a natural canvas bag. Place this product in a cool, dry, and dark place, like a dresser drawer. Do not store it with other similar-material products as those eventually can start to morph together, which is really not fun. Sometimes, these products secrete an oily texture and a canvas bag will help absorb this moisture. If you do not store your packer properly, overtime it can secrets oils and eventually lose its shape and size (it will become smaller).

Small Tip: Add a little bit of cornstarch to this product before storing it in a bag. This will help its life and longevity.

Full Rating

Durability 4/5

The first version of this packer I had some issues with the hole ripping. Luckily, the new version has a reinforced hole and has not ripped for me yet! It makes it a little harder to get the balls and shaft out, but it’s worth it. I’ve tested the newer one a lot, with removing and inserting the balls/shafts and so far so good! The only thing I would be cautious about is the area where the shaft and the balls connect. You usually have to be careful with that area in every single packer out there though.

Packability 4/5

Depending on the size you choose 👀, WOW is this packer looks amazing in pants/underwear and is very easy to pack with.

Budget Friendly 2/5

$150 (USD) for a packer is a lot of money. Especially when you can get a 100% silicone packer for under $50 now. However, this packer has so many awesome features that the price can be worth it for some.

Reel Feel Test 4/5

Feels like a semi-hard peen and could past the grab test.

Final Thoughts

I am head over heels for this packer, especially the medium size! It’s like a cloud of softness and honestly gives me all the feels of what a perfect packer should be. You know, sometimes it feels like every new packer on the block is just recycling the same old ideas, but MorMe? They came in swinging with something totally fresh and exciting!

Sure, the price tag might be a tad higher than your average packer, but hey, this isn’t your average packer! It’s a whole new ball game with options galore! From the multiple packing styles to its adaptability for any situation, and let’s not forget the dreamy realism and color choices – this packer’s got it all!

Seriously, I can’t get enough of it. I’m so impressed by not only the quality, but also the versatility!

Hats off to MorMe for shaking things up in the best way possible!
