FAQ

Q: Can I apply if I identify as non-binary?

A: If you have chest dysphoria and identify somewhere under the trans umbrella (non-binary absolutely counts), then you can apply.

Q: Can I apply for my partner/friend/family member?

A: Yes, as long as they have not applied for themselves. Please do not apply for someone else if you know they have already applied. This gives them an unfair advantage. If you aren’t sure, please ask!

Q: I live in Europe, is that ok?

A: Yes! You can apply no matter where you live in the world!

Q: Are there any custom charges or duties to pay on the binders?

A: Depending on where you live, you may have to pay some duties are custom fees. I am unable to do anything about this unfortunately. Most people who have reported getting these fees have come from the UK.

Q: I applied last month and didn’t win, can I apply again?

A: Yes! As long as you fit in the specific category for that month!

Q: I got an email that said I won but I didn’t answer on time, what do I do?

A: Unfortunately, you’re going to have to reapply next month. I have to wait until everyone confirms before placing the orders and sending them in. If I wait days for one person, it delays the entire giveaway and next months giveaway. I give everyone 3 days to reply to the winning email. If the person doesn’t reply, I usually will give the binder on Twitter! Follow my Twitter if you don’t want to miss that!

Q: I submitted an application but I think it went through twice, help!

A: Don’t worry. When that happens, I see it as two entries that were submitted at the same time, so I know it was an accident and only count it as one.

Q: Help! I think I put my address in wrong?/I put in the wrong binder info? What do I do?!

A: Don’t worry, the most important field is your email. Please triple check that! Also, you can usually go back into the form and edit your response! Once you do that it will look like you applied twice, but don’t worry! It just fixes your existing application.

Q: Can you delete my entry? I don’t want to participate anymore.

A: Yes, but it is WAY easier (for me) to just wait and if you do end up winning, just reply that you don’t want it. Thank you!!

Q: What groups are assigned to which month?

A: The groups are as follows:

Everyone- January, July, December

BIPOC – February, May, September

Disability – March, June, October

Under 18/Youth – April, August, November

*Subject to change*
