Overview
When I first saw the Inflatable Peecock, I literally could not believe my eyes. Now, I know how dramatic that sounds but just follow me here. I’ve been waiting for an inflatable prosthetic for over 15 years. I remember the first time I laid eyes on a prosthetic that inflated (T2 Prosthetics), something functional that you can use for packing and having sex? Really? Oh yes. I thought about how many people this could help with bottom dysphoria and overall just body EUPHORIA. It unfortunately was (and still is) out of my price range. Then, Transthetics announced they were working on a “all in one” prosthetic that you can pee, pack, and have sex with. This is called the Bionic and it was announced back in 2017. Since then, we have gotten updates on it and in 2019, we even got the first glimpse of what the prototype could look like. And since then though, nothing much has happened. COVID really impacted research and production and since then, there really hasn’t been much progress. It doesn’t seem like this product will see the light of day for another couple of years. I still have high hopes though!
Anyways, back to the actual product I’m reviewing. The Inflatable Peecock. When it came out, I felt like my dreams were finally going to come true. Finally a real Pack n’ Play that actually works. I say “actually” only because it’s almost impossible to find a Pack n’ Play that either is way to big to pack with, but has an amazing size for sex. Or the opposite, something perfect for packing but too small for sex. Was this finally going to be the product I was looking for?
Here is a description of the company (from the Peecock website):

The Great
- Good size for packing
- Okay size for sex
- NO INSERT ROD NEEDED
- Very soft (not sticky at all)
- Price is surprising compared to other high end prosthetics that don’t even have these features.
- Can be customized by adding pleasure system, vibes, and different harnesses
- Versatile Attachment Options
The Not-so-Great
- A little on the thin side (especially when erect)
- Not the most affordable Pack n’ Play on the market
- Aware of the balls when you’re penetrating someone
- Pumping the shaft up can be a little awkward
- Might not be great for anal
- Best to avoid if you have a coconut oil allergy
Unboxing
Here is a look inside the box. The box I received included: Inflatable Peecock, Harness, Vibe, Pleasure Systems (2), Velcro + Adhesive Sheet (not sold on website), Instructions.
The prosthetic comes in a plain brown box. The company ships from Singapore, so whenever you receive your package, it should say “Novelty Item” or “Silicone Mould” on the declaration/customs form. The name “Peecock Products” does not appear under “sender”, instead it says the package is from “Mr Tan”.
When opening the box, you will have a big black bag, which will include all the products you ordered with your Prosthetic.
The Inflatable Peecock comes in a Peecock Product branded plastic bag. The black bag above is meant to be used as the storage bag when you’re not using the prosthetic. I would highly recommend keeping and using this bag as intended.
Inside my box, I got the 2 pleasure systems. The “Breaker” and the “Stroker” along with their individual attachments.
The harness comes in a small bag, and the vibe system in a small case.
Finally, the very detailed instruction sheets.
Components
Here is a diagram of the prosthetic with the appropriate labelled parts. This will be important to reference to when I discuss how to use the prosthetic as there are a lot of parts!
The inner workings of this prosthetic are fascinating.
It’s a similar concept to a pump you could add if you’ve had phalloplasty. The Pump is in the scrotum and you have to repeatedly squeeze one of the balls (Air Intake) and it slowly inflates the shaft (Air Shaft). Usually recommended to pump it 8-12 times, and to not over pump it. Once you’re done using the prosthetic, just press on the other ball (Air Release Valve) in order to release the air and make the prosthetic flaccid again
Clip Harness (Sold Separately – $39)
The clip harness is made specifically for this prosthetic and you aren’t able to use it with any other product on the market. The prosthetic attaches to the harness by moving the material strap through the Fly Clip and then attaching the Fly Clip to the prosthetic. You also have the option to buy the “Pack Harness”, which comes with transparent straps and makes it look like aren’t wearing a harness at all!
Pleasure System (Sold Separately – $29)
There are 2 pleasure systems to choose from. Both of these are attached to the harness the same way. You need to put the little clip on it, and then attach it to the harness.
Breaker
There are ridges which are placed strategically where your junk is going to rub up against it.
Stroker
You can insert your peen into the stroker. You can place it on the prosthetic, or use it as a masturbation sleeve.
Vibe (Sold Separately – $39)
To have an even more intense and fun time during sexy times, you can add a vibe to the harness, making it rub up against the wearer and making it much more pleasurable. It comes with a little controller in order to control it remotely.
Color
The Inflatable is now available in 6 colors. After using this prosthetic for a couple of months now, I have not noticed the paint or color starting to fade. I know this has been an issue in the past with previous Peecock Products (Gen 3 and 4), but as of this moment, mine still looks good. I really hope the color on this holds the test of time? But based on their track record, I’m not super optimistic. When I look closely at the prosthetic, it seems that the veins and details are hand painted on. That is usually an indication that the color will fade over time. However, keep in mind that even if the paint fades, you’ll still have the same color prosthetic. You just won’t have all the little details (mostly the veins).
Once a year has gone by and I’ve used it a little more, I’ll make an updated post about the color and overall durability of color with this prosthetic!
I am also unable to tell you how dark the dark brown is because I don’t physically have it. Hoping to get my hand on one eventually and update this section. In some photos it looks pretty light, and others it looks dark. It’s really hard to say.

Size
The Inflatable currently only comes in one size, 4.75”.
Alright, so size is always the issue when it comes to a good Pack n’ Play. You either pack with something huge that’s a great size for sex, or you pack with a great size, but it’s too small for sex. It’s a double edged sword. To this day, when people ask me “what’s the best pack n’ play?” I tend to always point them into the direction of Peecock. Why? Because I feel like you shouldn’t have to compromise on either of those (pack or play), and Peecock has offered multiple sizes for the “Gen” models for years. This way, you can choose what you’re more interested in. Anyways, back to this product….this time you don’t need to compromise on EITHER packing or playing. Here is a prosthetic that finally has both and they work very well together!
The only issue is that it could be a little girthier. The girth (4.73”/120mm when fully erect) is similar to other prosthetics on the market, but I could see how some people may want it slightly girthier (*cough cough* my partner *cough cough*). She did find it a little thin though, whereas I liked the size and had no issues with it. I can wear it for sex and when my partner uses it on me, it feels fantastic, however, I just wanted a little more. I can absolutely see the lack of girthiness(?) being a problem for some. Just something to keep in mind before purchasing this prosthetic.
However, do not fret, it seems that Peecock may be introducing a slightly bigger model in the future!
Full Length (Flaccid): 6.5”/165mm
Full Shaft Length (Erect): 5.5”/140mm
Insertable Length (Erect): 4.75”/120mm
Girth/Circumference: 4.7”/120mm
Height of Base: 5”/127mm
Width of Scrotum: 2.5”/63mm
Material and Feel
The Inflatable Peecock is made of 100% silicone. This means the prosthetic is non-porous (bacteria typically has no place to grow), and it’s built to last. When you touch this prosthetic, it feels very soft. Some prosthetics out there feel sticky or tacky, but not this one. I’ve also noticed that this is the first Peecock product that I’ve owned that has not left an oily “stain” on my desk. Some prosthetics can leave an oily residue, either because they are not made of 100% silicone, or just the way they’re made makes it secrete oils. I was very surprised and happy because now I feel like I can put this peen anywhere I want and not worry about those residue stains anywhere!
Sex/Masturbating
Penetrating
here is absolutely a learning curve when using this prosthetic. I always recommend some solo time to get acquainted before you whip it out with a partner. Just so you know how it attaches and what movements could possibly make it release from the harness (luckily, this is not an issue with this prosthetic! I honestly feel like you’d have to be doing cartwheels while being inside someone to even remotely have it release from the harness. It’s very secure).
A lot of people (and I mean….. A lot) have asked about vigorous and rough sex while using this prosthetic. I am here to tell you that it works and it stays inflated. Now, we may have different definitions of what type of sex that is, but going hard, moving positions, and even just pull on it (for testing purposes), I did not experience any negative outcome. I’ll be honest, I was scared it was going to pop. But as long as you don’t over-inflate it, it seems to be very sturdy and structurally sound!
I will say, there is a small window of awkwardness when you’re staring into your partner’s eyes and you have to pump the peen 8-12 times. It dosen’t take a long time, but it’s still a couple of seconds. I would recommend getting the pump started when you’re kissing or doing foreplay, this way it’s much more seamless when you’re ready for penetration!
The first test was without any pleasure system or vibe. When penetrating, I was a little disappointed that I could not feel. I can feel the prosthetic moving with me, and I can feel it going inside. However, I want something to be rubbing up against me. This is when I installed the pleasure system and wow, did that ever make a difference. If you are someone that likes having something rub up against them during sex, get the Breaker. The Stroker on the other hand…was not my favorite. I don’t feel like I can use it properly during sex because I want to focus on what I’m doing and my partner and the actual sex, but instead I kept trying to place my peen back into the Stroker hole and it was just a mess. Maybe for solo play, but for me, it wasn’t great for sex.

Being Penetrated
Not much to report on this end. It feels very soft and realistic, and honestly, if you pop a condom on there, it really feels realistic, until you squeeze it. When you squeeze it, you can tell it’s not a hard peen. But during penetration, it feels like many other prosthetics I’ve had in the past. Visually, it looks very realistic when going in and out of you!
Masturbating
Pop on that Stroker pleasure system on the Inflatable, and go to town. It’s such a thrill when I jack off with a prosthetic that looks very realistic and when there’s something around my peen also stroking it. Mentally, I can take myself to a place where dysphoria no longer exists. It’s a great time.
Anal
This is something I have not tried yet, it seems a little flimsy for first time anal, and I would recommend only using this for anal if the person you are penetrating has had anal before. Or else, it may be hard to get in. More on this soon though, once I try it with anal, I’ll update this section!

How to Use It
The concept is very simple, as I explained in the “components” section, the Pump is in the scrotum and you have to repeatedly squeeze one of the balls and it slowly inflates the shaft. Usually recommended to pump it 8-12 times, and to not over pump it. Once you’re done using the prosthetic, just press on the other ball in order to release the air and make the prosthetic flaccid again.
Such a simple concept, but wow does it ever work well! I have not had any issues inflating or deflating this prosthetic (and I’ve played with it a lot in order to be ready for this review!). I’ve also not had any issues with the prosthetic deflating at all during intercourse, which I was pleasantly surprised about.
There are multiple ways to pack with the Inflatable. I prefer packing with it just in tight briefs, or packing with the harness.
Harness:
You have to attach the straps (either material or transparent, depending on which harness you buy) into the Fly Clip and then attach the prosthetic to it. It’s honestly very hard to explain, here are a couple of videos detailing how to put on the harness:

I do really like packing and playing with the harness because it feels so secure. It’s in a very natural position and overall just looks good in underwear.

Velcro:
I was so shocked when I first read that you can adhere it to your body with velcro, Like, why has no one thought about this? So I did a couple of tests to see if it works. It technically does work, however, for my body, it doesn’t. I have extra fat in the FUPA area and that means that any prosthetic that is adheres directly to my skin, is going to sag. The concept is so good and I really wish it worked on me!

No matter how much I pulled, that velcro stayed on!
Packing Underwear:
You absolutely can use this prosthetic in all types of packing underwear. The only issue is it might not be as sturdy for sex. Just something to keep in mind.
Adhesive:
I decided to test a liquid adhesive on the Fly Clip just to see if it could work. It does! It actually sags way less than the velcro, but it’s a process to put it on.

Real Feel Test™
Looks VERY realistic in my opinion. It’s a little small in size (girth), but overall, this prosthetic, visually, looks like the real thing. The details in the veins, head, and balls are just *chefs kiss*
Honestly, I was surprised by the texture of this prosthetic. It feels really soft, softer than any other Peecock Product I’ve ever had. It doesn’t necessarily feel like skin, however, it does feel very soft and with a little lube, ends up feeling pretty real.
If someone is rubbing it through your pants, it feels like there’s something there. However, when it’s in its flaccid state, it does not feel like a typical packer you would pack with. It’s not…. Super squishy? It feels more like theres something flat in your pants. If you inflate it just a little but though, then it feels much more realistic!
Feels nice and realistic! Love the sensation of being the penetrator and penetrated!

Cleaning and Care
I recommend cleaning this product before and after each use. Usually, for a silicone prosthetic, I recommend boiling/sterilizing it at least once a week (if you use it daily). However, do not do this with the Inflatable. Because there are so many intricate parts to this prosthetic, prolonged water submersion is not recommended. Here is Peecocks guide on how to clean
CLEANING AND CARE:
1) Before you wash the PeeCock, cover the air intake hole with the stopper to prevent water entering through the hole.
2) Clean the Inflatable PeeCock using mild antibacterial soap and clean water every day or after every use, treating it as you would wash your body.
3) Clean gently, avoiding harsh scrubbing, and pay attention to folds and crevices.
“We highly recommend against prolonged submersion of the Inflatable PeeCock in water, particularly in a hot tub. Introducing hot water into the pumping mechanism and air valve may lead to potential damage to the inflation system. The heightened temperature of the water can generate pressure within the air tube, possibly resulting in damage to the air guide sleeve. Furthermore, the air valve system is susceptible to potential damage under these circumstances.”
It’s also very important to know that this prosthetic does require some maintenance in order for it to continue inflating and working well. Here are instructions from Peecock:
MAINTENANCE: LUBRICATING THE INFLATABLE PEECOCK:
1) To maintain the shelf life, comfort, and realistic feel, lubricate the internal components of the Inflatable PeeCock.
2) The Inflatable PeeCock contains a small amount of coconut oil for internal lubrication.
3) When the lubrication diminishes, apply a small amount of pure 100% coconut oil into the PeeCock through the lube/air regulation hole.
4) Hold the PeeCock with the shaft pointing downwards. Use a syringe (without a needle) and inject about 3 ml of coconut oil into the PeeCock shaft and spread the oil evenly along the shaft by rubbing the
silicone skin against the inner air shaft.
5) Avoid using other oils as they may cause damage to the internal components.
6) Ensure the coconut oil is in a liquid state for easy application and consistency.
7) Use only the specified amount of oil to prevent leakage from the PeeCock.
Storage
I recommend storing this in the bag/box it came with or find a nice small canvas bag. Keep it at room temperature so there is no chance of melting. This sounds strange, but it’s happened before to some prosthetics that I have. When it’s too hot they start to melt into each other.
Full Rating
Since this is a brand new product that I’ve only had for a couple of months, I can’t tell you 100% if it’s going to last or not. In the many trails I’ve had with it, I have seen no areas where it looks like something is going to rip or break. The inflatable mechanism inside also seems pretty durable.
Very easy to pack with, especially if you use the harness that is specifically made for it (sold separately). You can also just put this in packing underwear or regular boxer briefs, but it won’t be as stable.
I know $299 isn’t the most budget friendly prosthetic out there, but let me tell you that when I heard about this prosthetic, I thought it was going to be over $1000. So to hear that it was only $299 shocked me. For what you get in this packer, I think $299 is pretty good IF it came with all the extra bells and whistles (like the harness, vibe, and pleasure attachments). However, you have to pay for this separately, so I’m giving this prosthetic a 3/5 in terms of budget friendliness.
Once you’ve gotten the hang of it, it works just like any other Pack n’ Play, dildo, or prosthetic for sex. I will say that it’s not great for anal because of the inflatable mechanism. The pleasure attachments are nice though and do really add extra sensation during sex.
Nothing overly majestic about masturbating with this. The pleasure attachments are okay but it would be so good if the skin moved a little on the shaft.
Final Thoughts
This prosthetic surpassed my expectations in almost every single way. I am so happy to report to you that I have finally found a Pack n’ Play that actually works and for the first time, I do not need to compromise on the size, nor do I have to add a rod in order to have sex. This is life changing for me and I hope for others as well. Some key takeaways if this review was too long for you: If you are someone that likes to have something rub on your peen during sex, get the “Breaker” Pleasure System. Absolutely get the harness with this prosthetic if you want to experience packing “nude” (with transparent straps), and finally, just have fun, this prosthetic is just really cool to even just play with. The inflatable system still blows my mind. I’m literally inflating and deflating it as I’m writing this.
