Overview
The Ultra (circumcised) and Foreman (uncircumsized) Dildo are made by Fuze. These are skinny and sleek dildos that are harness compatible and have ridges that rub against the wearer for pleasure. The Ultra/Foreman are both available in 3 different skin tones: Dark Brown, Light Brown, Light Beige. I’m super impressed and very happy to say that the darker shade IS actually nice and dark! Sometimes, prosthetics companies who only release 2-4 different shades really seem to not care at all about the darker shades. Not this company though! Yay!

Material and Feel
These dildos are made of 100% silicone. They are nice and hard and feel very soft. I’ve used these for over 7 years now, I’ve washed them and boiled them and they have never been sticky! I really enjoy how soft (to the touch) it is. Just keep in mind that it is a hard dildo. It doesn’t 100% feel like a penis because there is no dual density to the prosthetic. This means the entire dildo is made with one type of silicone. Some other dildos/prosthetics on the market will have a harder core and a “squishier” outer layer. The Ultra/Foreman only feels hard.

Sex/Masturbating
As I mentioned before, this is a great toy for first timers, front and back hole included 😉
I recommend using the SpareParts Joque harness with this. This harness is fantastic and makes it very easy to adjust before sex and then you don’t have to adjust again. Other harnesses have issues sometimes where you have to keep adjusting while you’re thrusting, which is not great. Now, some people don’t really like the feel of a harness (I often don’t), so there is another options. Some companies have come out with underwear-type harnesses. These are great because it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing a harness at all, just undies. HOWEVER!!! There is one big problem I have with these types of harnesses. When you go in to penetrate someone and you start to pull out, there is a delay to when the prosthetic gets pulled out based on how loose the underwear are. Actually, I’ve worn some way too small for me and I still found that there was a delay. Some people are okay with this but my biggest issue is that I can’t really tell how deep I am or how much I’ve pulled out. I want to be able to move with the prosthetic as if it was connected to me! When I wear those underwear harnesses, it just causes dysphoria. Not the vibe I’m looking for.
BUT Other than the harness issue, this dildo is amazing for sex. I really enjoy the ridges on the back of it pressing and rubbing against my junk. I would advise that you add a little bit of lube to it so it glides easier on your junk!
The added hole in the bottom for a bullet vibe is just A+. I love a little extra vibration during sex. It’s pleasurable for me, and my partner really seems to enjoy it.
I actually topped a cis gay man with this prosthetic. It was only my second time ever topping a cis man and my first time with this prosthetic. I was super nervous but really, being able to feel when it goes in and out was amazing. I also loved that he was like “I’ve never been fucked by a dick that vibrates” haha (in a very very good way). Good times!
Just the overall feel of this dildo is great and it’s been one of my favs since 2015!!
Being Penetrated
Feels really good. I know I’m talking about anal a lot but really when you start doing anal it’s a good idea to go smaller and stiffer in order for it to go in nice and slow and not stretch you out to quickly. That’s why this is a fantastic prosthetic for that. Being the one receiving this in the butt, it feels very nice and realistic. However, the front hole is a little different. Because it’s stiff, it’s not the most comfortable. It’s also pretty thin…. Which if that’s what you need, then hell yeah. Not what I like though. I like a little girthier in the front.
Masturbating
Actually really good? Like It’s so fun to be able to jack this prosthetic off (while wearing a harness) and really feeling the ridges on your junk. And then you add the bullet vibe and wow! What a fun time!

Real Feel Test™
This sleeve is very easy to use. The ridges inside are very soft and designed to rub on your junk and make you feel great! All you have to do is open up the hole a little and stick your peen in. You can stick just your peen in there OR you can put in the lips and ligaments and everything around. I actually love just shoving everything inside and then slowly pulling it out. It looks realistic but It’s a little thin…… YES! Bodies are different! This is just an observation. And there are no balls.
It doesn’t feel like a realistic peen, but when it’s inside you, you can’t really tell the difference!
If someone is rubbing it, it definitely feels like an erect penis. If you start squishing it though, you can tell it’s a harder “material” than a penis.

Cleaning and Care
I recommend cleaning this product before and after each use.
The 100% silicone component makes this prosthetic easy to clean and sterilize. The easiest way to clean this product is with hot soapy water. If you need to sterilize this product (which we recommend doing at least once a week), put it in a boiling pot of water for 3-5 minutes. Because this product is made of 100% silicone, boiling it is 100% safe.
I’ve been using this prosthetic for years and it has never become sticky for me. However, If you find that the prosthetic is tacky/sticky after cleaning it, I always recommend using cornstarch (or other rejuvenating powders) to maintain a smooth and silky texture.
*Please do not use talcum powder (most commonly found in baby powder), it has been associated with different types of cancers, mostly ovarian cancer. We have a full article on the dangers of talcum power here.
Storage
I recommend storing these in a cloth bag away from other prosthetics and toys you may have. Keep them at room temperature.

$75 is in the middle of being budget friendly. You can’t really pack with this so the main purpose is really the sex part but it sure is great for sex! An okay price for a great silicone dildo.

Really feels nice to have those ridges rub against your junk! I wish there was an ejactulation mechanism, but that’s ok (the Joystick has that).
Final Thoughts
This is a great little dildo/prosthetic for people who prefer smaller insertables or people who are new to this! It’s great for topping and great for anal. The thin design was a great size for those moments! I also used this as a test to see if I liked anal and I’m glad I did! I’ve upgraded to a bigger size now (hehe opps), but the Ultra will always have a place in my heart! I’ve moved on to bigger and… bigger things (hehe).
